Expert for company valuation

Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Specialist in the preparation and analysis of large amounts of data.

My path to becoming an economic valuer began with my university studies in economics at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn. After successfully completing my studies, I initially worked for a medium-sized auditing company in Düsseldorf. Here I carried out risk-oriented audits of annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), prepared audit reports and was involved in audit-related consulting and management reporting.

I then moved to an international bank based in Bonn. There, as a risk analyst, I prepared draft resolutions for the granting of financing lines and was entrusted with the ongoing monitoring of creditworthiness, supervisory board reporting and the preparation of new customer contracts.

Since 2012, I have found my professional fulfilment as an economic expert at WJU GmbH. Among other things, I prepare business appraisals in the areas of insolvency investigations, company valuations and profitability analyses.

To deepen my knowledge and methodological skills in the field of company valuations, I started a further training programme to become a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in 2016. In spring 2017, I successfully completed the CVA exam and was awarded the internationally recognised qualification for valuation professionals.
